Konosuba Season 3 has been confirmed, but there is no update about the confirmation the release date of season 3.

Konosuba is a fantastic series with comedy and fantasy element. Konosuba anime series, known as Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! in Japan, depends upon a successful light novel.

Natsume Akatsuki is the writer of light novel and Kurone Mishima is the illustrator of the story. 

Story revolves around Kazuma Satō, a teenage shut-in NEET who finds himself with the worst party members.

The archpriest and goddess Aqua, the archwizard Megumin, and the crusader Darkness. They all united together to defeat Devil king.

The movie is called KonoSuba: Legend of Crimson that came out in 2019.

What will be the release date of Konosuba season 3?

Although season 3 has been confirmed, but there is no confirmation about the release date of season 3. The anime series is really like by the fans and fans are anxiously waiting for season 3.

How many episodes does Konosuba has?

Season 1 that was aired in 2016 has ten episodes and season 2 that was aired in 2017 also has 10 episodes. 

Series also has two OVAs and one movie. Movie is the direct continuation of season 2, so it is not clear season 3 will start right after season 2 or it will start the story after the movie.

On 1st May, 2020 Natsume Akatsuki  published latest volume of Konosuba in Japan. The novel series was stopped in 2020, with volume 17.

 Story of Light novel is still ongoing, writer has already planned many stories of Konosuba for future, may be like shorts or spin-offs.  For now, we cannot expect Konosuba Light Novel Volume 18 release date.

Konosuba Season 3 Release Date

It has been confirmed that Konosubha season 3 is confirmed but there is no update about the release date of season 3.

Season 1 and season was released in January 2016 and January 2017, so expectedly January 2023 is the release date of season 3.

It usually takes 12-18 months for a season to get a release date after official confirmation.

As the director Takaomi Kanasaki, is working on Princess Connect! Re: Dive Season 2 this year, so happening of Konosuba season 3 is quite difficult in 2022.
